As part of the Space Craft Communication Course (Code: AST 402,) taught by Associate Professor Dr. Nevsan Şengil, a lecturer at the University of Turkish Aeronautical Association Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics, a tour of Türksat was organized on April 13th, 2018.
As part of the tour, the VSAT area was first visited. While company personnel, İbrahim Kurtuluş, from the Directorate of Satellite Services Corporate Solutions gave information on data broadcasting, Tarık Furkan Erbay, a personnel from the Directorate of Teleport and TV Broadcasting, gave the students information on television broadcasting.
The tour came to an end with a visit to the Lagari Hasan Çelebi Museum, guided by personnel, Faik Öztürk from the Directorate of Satellite Frequency.
